– You will need to remain 1.5 metres from others and please avoid physical contact, including hand shakes
– Hand sanitiser will be made available
– Please refrain from touching house hold items, such as door handles, cupboards and tapware, etc (this includes children). 

We will contact the vendor/landlord or tenants prior to each inspection to ensure that on-one in the house is currently ill, in self isolation or has returned from overseas. We will postpone the inspection for a minimum of 14 days if this is the case.

 We will not permit entry to anyone who is coughing, sneezing or showing any signs of illness and will ask attendees to leave the inspection if they do not comply with strict conditions of entry.
