It is a policy of AgentX Real Estate that all repairs and maintenance requests MUST be in writing and submitted electronically to our property managers by this platform. Once received by our property managers the request is logged & can be acted upon. (Only Urgent / Emergency repairs will be accepted via the emergency telephone number provided).
When submitting a maintenance issue please make sure that the description is detailed. Please advise what the issue is, when it first happened, the time frame, what you have already done to try fix the issue if possible plus send photos below. The more information on this will only help the situation better for you.
* Please not that after the tradesperson or professional has attended the job and if they find that the cause of the issue or problem was caused by the tenant, then the totally cost of the invoice will be incurred by you & not the landlord.
